Summary

This study tests a Chinese herbal medicine called Xinglou Chengqi Granule in 60 people who recently had an acute ischemic stroke. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it helps improve stroke symptoms and daily function. Participants will be monitored for up to 90 days.
