Summary
This study tested whether an oral drug called Xiflam can safely reduce the wide range of symptoms caused by Long COVID, such as fatigue, brain fog, pain, and breathing issues. Sixteen adults who had recovered from COVID-19 but still had symptoms for at least 12 weeks took either Xiflam or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if Xiflam could improve their overall health and specific symptom scores.
