New ointment could speed up healing of diabetic foot ulcers

Summary
This study tests a natural ointment called Xiang Lei Ointment to see if it helps heal diabetic ulcers faster. About 56 adults with diabetes and slow-healing foot or leg ulcers will use the ointment. The goal is to reduce wound size and improve healing by calming inflammation and promoting tissue repair.
