New vaccine aims to stop pancreatic cancer return after surgery

Summary
This study tests a personalized cancer vaccine (XH001) given after surgery for pancreatic cancer. The vaccine is combined with immunotherapy and chemotherapy to help prevent the cancer from coming back. About 28 adults who had their tumor fully or mostly removed will receive this treatment. The goal is to see if it improves how long people stay cancer-free.
