Botox-like injection plus ED pill shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding an injection of Xeomin (a Botox-like drug) into the penis can improve erections in men who don't get enough help from the standard pill tadalafil. About 30 men with mild-to-moderate erectile dysfunction will receive both treatments in a crossover design, meaning each man gets the combination and a placebo at different times. The goal is to see if the injection makes erections harder and more reliable.
