New hope for stubborn glaucoma: implant shows Long-Term promise
NCT ID NCT07350200
Summary
This study looked at the long-term results of a small implant called XEN for people with glaucoma that was not controlled by previous surgeries. Researchers followed 150 patients to see how well the implant lowered eye pressure, affected vision, and reduced the need for eye drops over time. They also tracked any complications or need for additional procedures.
