Summary

This study is testing whether adding an antibody-boosting medication called Xembify to standard care can help prevent serious bacterial infections in adults with certain blood cancers. Participants must have low antibody levels and a history of severe or frequent infections. The goal is to see if receiving Xembify injections every two weeks for a year reduces infection rates compared to a placebo.
