New drug combo tested in fight against spreading prostate cancer

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and side effects of a new drug called xaluritamig when given alongside standard hormone-blocking treatments. It is for men whose prostate cancer has spread and is still responding to hormone therapy. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and tolerable, while also checking for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
