Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called xaluritamig combined with standard hormone therapies (darolutamide or abiraterone) in 60 men whose prostate cancer has spread but still responds to hormone treatment. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also looking at how well the combination controls the cancer. Participants must have a specific type of prostate cancer and cannot have other cancer treatments before joining.
