This study tests if a guided writing therapy can help teenagers with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD). 120 teens aged 10-18 will be split into two groups: one receiving the writing therapy and the other receiving supportive talk therapy. The goal is to see if writing about their experiences reduces symptoms like flashbacks, avoidance, and emotional distress over a 3-month period.
