Can writing about caregiving ease the burden?
NCT ID NCT05859880
Summary
This study tested whether online group writing sessions could help people caring for loved ones with cancer feel better emotionally. One hundred caregivers participated in four video meetings where they wrote about their experiences and shared in small groups. Researchers compared those who did the writing sessions right away with those on a waitlist to see if mood and quality of life improved.
