Summary

This study looks at how writing about your experiences can change your brain and body. Healthy adults aged 65 and older will write once a week for 6 weeks and complete online surveys. Participants also visit UCLA twice for a brain scan (fMRI), a blood sample, and more questionnaires. The goal is to understand the effects of writing on stress, social connections, and memory.
