Could a Sweat-Sensing wristband replace blood tests?
NCT ID NCT04160429
Summary
This study is testing whether a smart wristband can accurately measure medication levels in a person's sweat. Researchers will compare sweat and saliva samples from 100 patients to standard blood tests. The goal is to see if wearable sensors could one day provide an easier, at-home way to monitor drug levels for people with chronic or infectious diseases.
