Summary
This study looked at 30 adults having wrist fracture surgery to compare how much waste and carbon dioxide different anesthesia methods produce. Participants received either general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, or both. Researchers weighed the trash and measured emissions to find out which option is better for the environment.
