First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compared two common treatments for tennis elbow: kinesiotaping (a special tape) and wearing a wrist splint. Researchers enrolled 150 adults who had elbow pain for at least 3 months. They measured pain levels and grip strength to see which treatment worked better. The goal was to find a simple, non-surgical way to ease pain and improve daily function.
