First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at 60 women aged 45-55 with a recent wrist fracture. All receive pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy for 30 days. Half also take a daily supplement containing vitamins D, K, C, magnesium, zinc, and copper. Researchers check pain, bone healing, and swelling at 15 and 30 days to see if the combination works better than PEMF alone.
