Summary
This study looked at two methods to control pain when a broken wrist bone is moved back into place without surgery. One method uses a numbing injection at the fracture site (hematoma block), and the other adds a nerve block near the wrist. The goal was to see if the combined approach reduces pain more effectively. The study involved 180 adults at two hospitals in Madrid.
