Summary

This study is testing a special vacuum dressing to see if it helps wounds heal better after thigh tissue is taken for reconstructive surgery. It compares the vacuum dressing to a standard padded dressing in 138 patients. The main goal is to see if the vacuum method reduces wound complications and leads to less noticeable scars.
