Summary
This study is testing a special wound dressing that applies gentle suction to see if it can help prevent infections after complex revision surgeries for hip or knee replacements. It focuses on patients who are at high risk for wound problems. The main goal is to see if this dressing reduces the rate of surgical site infections compared to standard care.
