Summary
This study aims to find the best way to clean the surgical wound during an operation for a severe pilonidal cyst. Researchers will compare the standard saltwater rinse with a different cleaning solution called hypochlorous acid. The goal is to see which solution helps the wound heal faster and reduces the chance of the cyst coming back.
