Summary
This study tested whether a weight loss app and team competition could help hospital employees with obesity lose weight. Over 500 staff members with a high body mass index participated in the program, which encouraged healthy eating and exercise. The goal was to create a healthier workplace culture and reduce obesity-related health risks.
