Can training bosses fight burnout? WHO program tested in dutch workplaces
NCT ID NCT06989398
Summary
This study is testing a World Health Organization (WHO) training program designed to help supervisors better support their employees' mental health at work. Researchers will enroll 148 supervisors from small and medium-sized Dutch companies, with half receiving the training immediately and half receiving it later for comparison. The goal is to see if the training improves supervisors' confidence and skills in addressing mental health, reduces stigma, and ultimately leads to better employee well-being and lower absenteeism.
