Exercise at work: a new prescription for radiologist burnout?

NCT ID NCT07269834

Summary

This study tested whether a structured exercise program at work could help radiologic technologists feel less stressed and burned out, and improve their overall quality of life. Researchers worked with 19 healthy radiologic technologists from a single hospital. They measured changes in stress, burnout, and quality of life before and after the exercise program, and again after a period of stopping the program.
