Summary

This study looked at whether personalized exercise coaching could reduce serious fall injuries in older adults (65+) who had already broken a bone from a fall. Over 1,100 participants were split into two groups: one received enhanced usual care, the other got exercise coaching. Researchers tracked falls and injuries for 36 months to see which approach worked better.
