Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone program called WINGS+PrEP helps more women start and stay on PrEP, a daily pill that prevents HIV. The program is designed for women who have experienced heavy drinking, intimate partner violence, and involvement with the criminal legal system. About 307 HIV-negative women will be randomly assigned to receive either the WINGS+PrEP program or standard PrEP information, and researchers will track who starts PrEP and how well they stick with it over six months.
