Summary

This study tests whether a special breathing technique called Wim Hof breathing can improve lung function in young men who smoke e-cigarettes. Forty-two participants will practice deep breathing and breath-holding exercises. Researchers will measure lung capacity, oxygen levels, and walking ability to see if the technique helps.
