Summary
This study is testing whether eating wild blueberries daily can help reduce joint pain and inflammation in adults with arthritis. Fifty participants will take either blueberry powder or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels, inflammation markers, and check for changes in gut bacteria to see if the berries make a difference.
