Summary

This study looked at why people with Parkinson's disease end up in the hospital through emergency rooms. Researchers examined medical records of 2,580 patients with Parkinson's and compared them to similar patients without the disease. The goal was to identify the main health problems that lead to these emergency hospitalizations to better understand the unique vulnerabilities of people living with Parkinson's.
