Summary

This study looks at whether adding whole-body vibration to standard serial casting helps children with cerebral palsy gain more ankle movement faster. About 45 kids aged 3 to 17 who need casting will take part. The goal is to see if this combo reduces the number of casts needed, saving time and healthcare costs.
