Summary

This study tested whether a WhatsApp-based program could help people with heart failure sleep better and improve their quality of life. Researchers enrolled 28 patients with heart failure and poor sleep. Participants received personalized sleep tips and reminders through WhatsApp messages, based on a model for changing habits. The goal was to see if this digital support could lead to better sleep and daily functioning.
