Can WhatsApp chats boost brain health in seniors?
NCT ID NCT07161674
Summary
This study is testing a new 6-week program called WISDOM that uses WhatsApp and in-person sessions to teach older adults how to find and use reliable health information online. Researchers want to see if this program is practical to run and if it helps improve participants' digital skills and brain function. They will compare about 140 older adults who either join the program or continue their usual activities.
