NCT ID NCT06999655
Summary
This study tested whether certain health and wellness products could help reduce feelings of fatigue. 750 adults in the U.S. were randomly assigned to take either the active products or a placebo for several weeks, without knowing which they received. Researchers measured changes in fatigue, sleep, mood, and thinking skills through online surveys to see if the products made a difference.
