Summary
This study looks at whether eating foods made with soybean oil can reduce fat buildup in the liver for people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. About 74 participants will eat three study-provided foods each day for 16 weeks while keeping their weight steady. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat and belly fat using MRI scans.
