First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a store-bought weighted blanket can help children aged 5-12 with ADHD who have trouble sleeping. 100 kids will use the blanket every night for 4 weeks, and researchers will track their sleep with a wrist monitor. The goal is to see if the blanket increases total sleep time and helps them fall asleep faster.
