First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether weight management can improve tumor outcomes and metabolism in overweight or obese women with endometrial cancer who are receiving fertility-sparing treatment. About 240 participants will be split into two groups: one gets weight management support, the other gets standard care. Researchers will track body measurements, blood sugar and fat levels, and cancer response to see if weight control helps.
