Summary
This study is testing if a structured weight management program can help control cancer and improve health for overweight patients with endometrial (uterine) cancer who are receiving treatment to preserve their fertility. Researchers will compare weight management against standard care in 240 participants. The main goal is to see if managing weight leads to better cancer outcomes and improves metabolic health.
