Summary

This study looks at why some people lose muscle and regain weight after bariatric surgery. Researchers will track eating habits, grip strength, and body changes in 110 surgery patients for a year. They will also test how the body uses nutrients and analyze genes from gut tissue. Healthy volunteers are included for comparison.
