Can better sleep be the missing link for weight loss? new program tests the theory
NCT ID NCT07255287
Summary
This is a small, early-stage pilot study to see if a standard behavioral weight loss program works better when combined with strategies to improve sleep health. Researchers will enroll about 25 overweight adults who also have poor sleep habits to test if the combined approach is practical and acceptable. The main goal is to check if people can stick with the program and complete the study, while also looking for early signs of weight loss and sleep improvement over six months.
