Can home workouts help cancer survivors lose weight?

Summary
This study is testing whether home-based exercise and diet programs are practical and helpful for endometrial cancer survivors who want to lose weight. Participants are assigned to different groups: some do aerobic exercise plus strength training, some do aerobic exercise only, and some receive standard health information. The research measures weight loss, body composition, fitness, and quality of life over six months.
