NCT ID NCT07082608
Summary
This study is testing if a non-surgical weight loss procedure helps people with obesity and sleep apnea breathe better at night. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets the stomach-reducing procedure plus diet and exercise coaching, while the other gets coaching alone. The goal is to see which approach is better at reducing the severity of sleep apnea and improving sleep quality over one year.
