Can losing weight help reverse early uterine cancer and save fertility?
NCT ID NCT05903131
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a structured weight loss program to standard hormone therapy helps premenopausal women with obesity reverse early-stage uterine cancer or pre-cancer. The goal is to help women avoid a hysterectomy and preserve their fertility by treating the underlying cause linked to obesity. Researchers will compare outcomes between women receiving the weight loss program plus hormones versus those receiving hormones with standard lifestyle advice.
