Summary
This study is testing whether a weekly injection called tirzepatide, combined with a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity, helps people with obesity or overweight lose weight and improve related health conditions. It involves over 2,500 adults who do not have type 2 diabetes. The main goal is to see how much weight participants lose and how many achieve significant weight reduction after 72 weeks of treatment.
