New weekly injection aims to help people lose weight in major trial

Summary
This study is testing whether a new weekly injection called HM15275 can help adults with obesity or overweight lose weight and is safe to use. About 250 participants without diabetes will receive either the drug or a placebo (inactive shot) for 36 weeks to compare results. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes from the start to the end of the treatment period.
