Summary
This study is testing whether a new weekly injection called nimacimab helps people lose weight. Researchers are comparing it to a placebo (dummy shot) and to nimacimab given alongside the approved weight-loss medication semaglutide (Wegovy). The goal is to see if nimacimab is safe and effective for adults who are overweight or have obesity.
