Summary
This study tests a new drug called RN3161, alone and together with an existing weight loss drug (tirzepatide), in adults with overweight or obesity. The goal is to check safety, how the body processes the drug, and its effect on body weight. About 104 people will take part, including healthy volunteers and those with excess weight.
