Summary
This study is observing patients with Type 2 diabetes who are prescribed the medication enavogliflozin in their regular doctor's office. It aims to see how well the drug helps with weight loss and controlling blood sugar over 24 weeks in a real-world setting. Researchers will collect data from about 200 patients during their normal check-ups, without requiring any extra visits or tests.
