First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether getting feedback on your metabolic profile (from blood tests) helps people stick to a low-starch, low-sugar diet and lose more weight. 300 overweight adults will follow the diet for 3 months. Half will learn their metabolic results halfway through; the other half will not. The goal is to see if knowing your numbers keeps you motivated.
