Summary
This study is testing a new weekly injection called HDM1005 to see if it helps people lose weight and improve related health conditions like high blood pressure. About 825 Chinese adults who have obesity or are overweight with other health issues will receive the injection or a placebo for a year, along with diet and exercise advice. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes and how many people lose at least 5% of their weight.
