Summary
This study is testing a new weekly injection called RO7795068 to see if it helps people with obesity or overweight and type 2 diabetes lose weight and better control their blood sugar. About 1,600 participants will receive either the active drug or a placebo (dummy injection) for 72 weeks. The main goal is to measure how much body weight changes and to check the drug's safety.
