First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new once-weekly insulin (GZR4) works as well as a daily insulin (glargine) in people with type 2 diabetes who already use insulin. About 580 adults will take part, and researchers will measure blood sugar control, side effects, and weight changes. The goal is to see if fewer injections can make diabetes management easier and safer.
